got suckered into renting an "Asylum" film at the library

It was about King Solomon's mines but I assume they couldn't get the rights.

I had never heard of this production company. I guess they made Sharknado and probably numerous other SciFy channel quality films.

I kind of thought I was renting the Richard Chamberlain version which I suspect is part of their strategy. I was only half watching while working but I was tipped off that something was wrong when (a) the pre-credit scene was a couple of 50 year old men shiftily staring at each other and arguing over a map; (b) I realized the film was 2/3 over and the only action sequence involved a train.
