Good emotional movie for me and my fiancée

So my fiancée and as do I love a good movie that makes you so emotionally invested,

My fiancée hates actions movies and gory movies so keep those out please

I'm into sci fi and horror but we come to an agreement for a good emotional movie, oh and no old movies, I know they are the best sometimes but not feeling it right now, so let's keep it above 1990s
