What's your favorite performance by an actor with only 1 or 2 scenes in a movie?

We've all seen those characters that only show up a couple times in the movie, but the actor just kills it. It doesn't even have to be a well known actor. I have 3 particular favorites.

Sean Whalen as "the fan" in That Thing You Do. "We came here to meet girls and dance, and we can't meet girls until we dance!" Hilarious Character.

Edward Hibbert as Ackerman in The Prestige. He's the guy who Angier and Cutter first demonstrate the machine for. He instantly perceives what's really going on. Gives it a lot of weight.

And last, even though it wasn't a hit movie, Peter Gerety as the commissioner in Leatherheads. He comes in and lays down the law, telling them that pro football needs to get it's act together. Even George clooney, the director, said Gerety stole the whole movie.

Any other favorites? Besides Tom cruise in Tropic Thunder, that is.
