What are some examples of a Deus Ex Machina, that aren't actually one when you think about it more?

I've been trying to figure out if I've ever seen a Deus Ex Machina been used in film, but actually changed my mind on it being one later on. I can pretty much only think of all the major ones that get listed as one, and I agree with all of them. Have you guys ever come across this? If so, which film, and why would you argue against it being one?
