A few questions about the original blade runner

I'm not 100% sure I followed everything.

I take it Deckard was a replicant with Gaff's memories. "you've done a man's job" "she's not going to live long, but who does?". His dream of the unicorn with the unicorn origami at the end.

If Deckard was a blade runner (or had the memories of one), why did the cops need to explain what replicants are to him at the beginning.

If deckard was a replicant, why wasn't he super strong, like the rest.

Why does Roy kill his maker and space deckard?
