Hello guys.
I'm a quite disciplined guy and I want to keep my motivation a bit more steady. I want to try this experiment where me and a partner would exchange private messages once or twice a day. (of course, in the adaptation phase it would be more frequent.)
The interaction would include things like:
-telling what are the goals of the day
-and how you planned to do it
-what are the challenges to be overcome (in that day)
-What were the mistakes/impediments by the end of the day
-exaltation of partner's good behavior
-criticism with suggestions
I'm basing this off the fact that people work more or are more motivated if there is someone who cares about such activity, like a superviser. This is meant to be mutually beneficial, and I don't quite know a method yet. But we can develop it together.
This is an experiment, but I'm faithful it can yield good results for me and my partner.
