I love the opening scene in Baby Driver. Our first impression of our protagonist is him being a fucking dork jamming out to Bellbottoms but immediately switching to high gear as a badass getaway driver set up such a lighthearted campy tone that was so well realized and executed throughout the film. Seriously one of my favorite opening scenes of all time along with Apocalypse Now and Up.
I also really love the synchronization sex scene in Blade Runner 2049. One of the most beautiful things I've seen in a movie. Such an intimate scene that is ultimately heartbreaking given the expanded context of both Joi and K. It's the definition of hauntingly beautiful (much credit to the music here) and ironically is BR 2049's most human scene despite none of the participants being "human".
Honorable mentions go out to the sink scene in Mother (I've never felt so stressed and pissed and frustrated at the same time), Paul accidentally shooting that kid in It Comes at Night (my jaw was on the floor), and the opening sequence of Dunkirk (that bullet took me off guard).
