She was asleep and not too happy, but that movie fucked me up. I had always been hesitant to watch it because I read that for many people it was a difficult watch (and it was alright).
I wasn’t familiar with any of Aronofsky’s work besides mother!, but I didn’t walk away from that movie as I did from this. Holy shit, I’m shook.
Any suggestions on which of his movies I should watch next and also for those of you who love RFAD have seen it multiple times, is it better the second time through?
