Looking for a Horror film/series focusing on a creepy, reclusive, inbred family - similar to X-Files "Home" or "Mum & Dad"

My girlfriend and I are looking for Horror Movies and Series that are focused around creepy, reclusive, inbred families - similar to the season 4 episode of The X-Files, "Home" or the Polk-family parts of American Horror Story: Roanoke... or even something like the British horror flick, "Mum & Dad".

EDIT: Thanks all! We now have a great jumping off point. Forgot just how many inbred horror flicks there were in the 70s/80s.
