My girlfriend and I both got our movie pass cards in the mail this week and decided today was the day to break them out.
Stronger was a great movie among a bunch of what seems like lack luster films out currently.
For those who don't know the premise, it's about a survivor of the Boston Bombings after losing his legs to one of the bombs. It goes through his daily life struggles with family and his recent ex, reigniting his relationship with her, and overall just is a touching story of how much he has to overcome, but how much his family and friends also gave up to support him, and how much of an inspiration he is to people he would have never had any idea would relate to his tragedy. My girlfriend really enjoyed the true life events and how they were portrayed in the film, I highly recommend seeing it on a whim if given the chance.
