Help me identify a trippy silent cartoon movie from early 90s possibly, about 2 young brothers on an exploring adventure with a hoover craft and later a submarine

I tried hard to find it using google so this is my last resort. The only noise the boys make is either laughter och crying. They start with an inflatable hoover craft and collect berries and/or mushrooms with it among other things, later they are in a submarine together looking at fishes and stuff. I would love to see this again so if someone recognizes this please help me with the title of it. Probably best chance if you are born around 1980.
