Are there sources for higher quality downloads than Netflix or Amazon?

This is not intended to be a discussion about piracy.

Netflix and Amazon most definitely provide a lower quality movie stream compared to something like a blu-ray disc. I want that blu-ray experience but I don't care for owning a blu-ray player and stacks of physical media.

Is there a source where I can purchase and download the maximum-quality movie files, blu-ray quality or better? I understand a blu-ray film is something like 30 gb in size but I have plenty of bandwidth.
