I just recently rewatched The Departed for about the tenth time, and I still absolutely love it. A near flawless film that never seems to lose steam... but there is a scene in particular that I truly despise. The ending shot that shows a rat on the balcony walking across the screen. Not sure what it is about it, maybe it's too obvious? It seems out of place and really throws me off. Anybody else have any similar experiences with movies they love?
