What are your favorite call backs from sequels to previous entries in a series/franchise?

There are sequels that make extremely obvious references to previous films, and there are sequels that make smaller, more subtle references. One of my absolute favorites is in 22 Jump Street, when Channing Tatum's character isn't paying attention during class, and when the teacher finally gets his attention he just says "Covalent bonds!". I feel like this is a great callback for two reasons: one, it makes a reference to a somewhat important subplot from the first movie, but it also is done pretty subtly. If you had seen 21 jump street, you'd get the reference but if you hadn't, you'd probably think he was just shouting something random off the top of his head. I feel like it's done in a way where you wouldn't go "I don't know what that reference is, but it feels like a reference to a film that I haven't seen yet". Anyways, what are some of everyone else's favorite callbacks?
