The most perplexing, weirdest casting choices in movies you've ever seen

  • Tara Reid playing an archaeologist and museum curator in "Alone in the Dark". I'm like, even for a Uwe Boll movie, this was asking too much.

  • Christmas Jones, nuclear physicist, played by Denise Richards in a tank top in "The World Is Not Enough"

  • Barbra Streisand as a high priced call girl in "Nuts". Yeah, right!

  • John Wayne as Genghis Khan in "The Conqueror". Who thought John Wayne could play an Asian warlord?

  • Mickey Rooney in "Breakfast at Tiffany's". So offensive that it makes Fu Manchu seem milder. Blake Edwards ended up regretting it.

  • Still alive Valerie Harper playing Consuelo, Alan Arkin's latina wife in "Freebie and the Bean"

  • Tina Fey in "Sisters": Did anyone truly buy her as the slutty, trashy promiscuous sister?

  • Emma Stone playing an Asian woman in "Aloha".

  • Emma Thompson at 36 playing a 19 year old teenager in "Sense and Sensibility". And Thompson has never looked a day below 40 so...
