[Spoilers] Unintentional themes / lessons in Disney movies

I was thinking about recent Disney movies recently (because I'm an adult dang it) and it occurred to me that in many of the recent ones, there's been an overarching theme regarding parents. They always screw up the protagonist. Intentionally or unintentionally.

Moana: dad projects his fear onto her by smothering and telling her that who she is and what she feels is not okay, causing a dissonance with what she's expected to be, and who she is.

Frozen: Elsa's parents misunderstand advice and instill fear of her identity, which manifests in seclusion and anxiety.

Tangled: her "mother", albeit not well meaning like most, manipulates her with lies, exaggerations, and put downs, to both fear the outside world and feel intense guilt after escaping.

The Princess and the Frog: I'd say the most well meaning parent, her father tells Tiana to remember what's most important. A great sentiment, but didn't explain himself so she interprets it as hard work is the most important thing, rather than the happiness and love of her and those close to her.

What other themes or lessons have you seen that may have not been what the writers intended?
