I'm trying to find movies to watch where the protagonist receives information about their future - not time travelling movies (although time travel may be used as the mechanism by which they are provided the information), and preferably not just 'possible' outcomes, or premonitions, but information which seems legitimate.
A couple of examples:
Stranger than Fiction (2006) - Harold is told about his impending death by the narrator.
Minority Report (2002) - John is accused of a future murder by a pre-cog.
