Is it possible to sort Rotten Tomatoes movies and tv shows by the average rating instead of the Tomatometer?

The Tomatometer is pointless and misleading since it just shows the number of critics that liked a movie vs. critics that did not like the movie. I know of the redditor that created the awesome site Cinesift which allows you to search by Rotten Tomatoes Audience Ratings, but I want to search by Critic Average Rating and User Average Ratings. I would also like to be able to search TV shows as well as movies. Any ideas of websites that would allow me to do this?
