I remember watching a film in a local small cinema about I believe a Brazilian (or other south american) truck driver who picks up a female passenger and proceeds to drive her to a border. (I think)
The vast majority of the film is spent in the cab watching the two bond.
Would have been in the last 8 years, not dubbed (subtitled throughout) and sorry have no more detail than that.
