Frequent Moviegoers: How do you endure ~20 minutes of trailers every time you go to the theater?

I tend to see movies at the arthouse and second-run theaters where I live, but now that I have MoviePass, I've been hitting up the megaplex to see things I would normally wait to see cheaper later. The pass works like a dream, but I am having difficulty tolerating the near 20 minutes of trailers (and ads, promos, and such) before the movie. It's not a big deal if you're only going once a month or so, but at once a week (or more), it starts to eat at your soul. What do you do to keep your sanity?

Frequent film fans, please share your tips.
