[DISCUSSION]In movie Unter dir die Stadt (2010) AKA The City Below why does Svenja Steve say "It's begun" at the ending scene of the movie?

Hey everyone I am wondering what does Nicolette Krebitz's character Svenja Steve mean when she say "It's Begun" at the ending scene of the movie.

She wakes up from the bed and approaches the window and sees people running and she turns around towards the direction where Roland Cordes is sleeping and says "It's Begun".

My theory is that the trauma has caused her to become mentally unstable and she is hallucinating but I don't think that is so.
