Seriously, I barely see her mentioned on this subreddit and if she ever is talked about, it's mostly relating to the Captain America films. I know Emily is mostly a TV actress, but I would like to see her in more mainstream feature-length films outside of the MCU.
If anyone has seen Revenge or Everwood, she clearly has the acting chops to play characters projecting a wide range of emotions. Unfortunately, she keeps getting cast in network broadcast TV shows or small-scale independent films which are not bad by any means, but I believe she could do a lot better than play someone's girlfriend in every other film. Revenge brought her mainstream fame, but she still falls in the underrated category.
So with that being said, could you see Emily VanCamp becoming a much bigger name actress?
