Blatant product placement is really starting to ruin my enjoyment of movies. I kept getting distracted watching Get Out because a Microsoft product had to be front and center every 10 minutes.

The best thing about Star Wars, fantasy, or westerns is there's no way to have any shitty modern product placement. It's getting to the point of being incredibly distracting to me.

Why does your low budget horror film need product placement? I guess you could say it helped them get money to make it but if that's honestly the case they should have just not made it.

The argument could be made the character had to use a cell phone and laptop and those are just the ones they chose. But they don't need a 20 second shot of him sitting in bed with a giant windows logo shoved in our face nor do we need it every time they pick up their cell phone (which is always seemed to put face down so you can see the back with a windows logo).

I actually liked the movie but if anyone asks I'm telling them it sucked and to avoid it, because screw this product placement shit.
