Obvious ending spoilers ahead...
So I just got around to watching this and obviously the movie is designed to leave you with a lot of thoughts and questions. The one that sticks out to me is a "what if" scenario where the girl who was hiding everywhere (forgot her name) actually ended up hiding until there was only her and the main character left.... What would be the outcome of that situation? Neither shows a desire to kill as instructed, both only killed either in self defense or revenge. Would they go after each other or would they just agree to a standstill? If they refused to kill each other would the entity just blow their bombs?
I have trouble pegging either character as someone who would kill the other but I suppose if one would over the other it would be the girl if she had an opportune chance. She seemed very out for herself throughout the whole movie and I would think if given an easy opportunity she would be the one to take it for the win. It would have to be convenient for her with almost no risk though. Main character with his back to her and she sees a gun on a table next to her kind of scenario.
Thoughts? Other ideas for ending match ups?
