positivechange

Hi all. I have a rather specific motivation request.

I am a man with Aspergers and disability rights campaigner who works in management and public affairs. I've been horrifically discriminated against by my workplace (in the UK). I can't get any help from a union.

I need songs about a battle of wits between someone who feels they're doing the right thing, but is an underdog, and a big (potentially ignorant) bad guy. Monologues or movie scenes about the same purpose would be very welcome.

Perhaps this context below will help inspire lyrical associations.

Context:

My advantages: My experience, my solid credentials, track record of excellent work except in one team (and that's debatable), my perfect recall of written information (policies, contract, dates and times of alleged events), corroboration of my condition by Occupational Health etc, the law in my country, a lot of education in the subject (degree level), eccentric (probably difficult to predict what I'm going to do or say). Generally humorous and nonchalant.

My disadvantages; Lack of credibility (not a lawyer, not as credible saying the exact same thing as a union steward), "natural bias", my lack of experience compared to the other side of the table (measured in decades), I am alone against an organisation, eccentric (which some people respond to dismissively). Can come across as dismissive, scathing, sarcastic.

Any thoughts?
