Hey peeps,
This is a throw away account. Like the title says I am in need of help to change the way I think about life. My negative perspective in life is affecting me and my relationship with my partner,it just pains me that I have hurt him this way. I know most people will say "you just have to do it" and they are right but I mostly can do it when things are going right. When things go bad I fall hopeless and I have no grit or perseverance. My mental health is also kind of in a shambles I can't bring myself to get better for me and I can get by doing it for my partner,but I know this isn't enough. I am seeing a psychologist but the process is taking so slow. How do you love yourself?, How do you stay positive despite everything that goes on?, How do you do it for yourself? And How do you overcome the thoughts on feeling incapable?. Like I said anything that will help me I am willing to do, I want to be able to look at adversity in the face when it happens rather than falling too it.
