I don't honestly see why not. Take the same sort of concept (high school/teenage/coming of age film) where a bunch of friends share a crazy night together, or it's the last summer night before college, or prom night, etc, and it could be a big hit. A 1960s setting could make it unique. Tbh I'd be surprised if they didn't do it.
