Why do people keep referencing the movie as "IT" instead of "It"?

Sure, the poster renders the name in all caps, but so do 6 of the remaining 9 top box office draws (as listed on RT) this week, and you don't see them referenced as

• THE HITMAN'S BODYGUARD
• ANNABELLE: CREATION
• WIND RIVER
• DUNKIRK
• LOGAN LUCKY
• THE EMOJI MOVIE

By the way, the ones that don't are "Leap!", "Home Again", and "Spider-Man: Homecoming", which doesn't render its title on its poster at all.

Edit: And if you're going to reference the title of the book upon which it is based, I can make the same argument in regards to book covers, even limiting myself just to Stephen King book covers.
