I was just wondering, who are the oldest still actively working directors?

Some of the oldest that came to my mind:

Roman Polanski (84)

Ridley Scott (79)

Clint Eastwood (87)

Are there any older than those three still working on that level? Or are there any already dead directors in film history that made great films into their 90s, or is Clint gonna be the first one ever (assuming her doesn't retire/die in next few years).
