Which director's cut is inferior to the cinematic release?

For me it would have to be Apocalypse Now. The cinematic version is my favourite film of all time, the Redux has the same great moments and tone but drags in the extra scenes, especially in the French plantation dinner. For me the original strikes the perfect balance between dark humour and serious tone, whereas the redux strays too far into comedy. What are some other examples that you can think of of director's cuts which are worse than the original?
