This is actually from Ace Ventura 2: When Nature Calls. Odd to see a full-fledged hollywood production fall victim to the Mandela Effect. It is so strange that no one caught this earlier on in the making of the film. The monopoly man has never had a monocle, and never will have a monocle. It is a figment of collective imagination.
