Tv/movies tropes] Why don't you ever see many movies where the female character is being a creep to a male character but the reverse is common?

A trope I see very often is when male characters are harassing the female characters, groping them, whistling at them, attempted rape, but the other way around is so rare. Female characters harassing males for drama is alot less common. In my own experience, rape is only comedy if it happens to males and usually it is other males. An example of a double standard is the movie Horrible Bosses. A man is being sexually assaulted by his female boss yet no one takes him seriously and it is treated like a comedy.
