In Civil War, when Cap asks Tony about Pepper, he mentions that they're "on a break". The way he said it, seemed to suggest a that they broke up. There's a scene of him standing awkwardly in the intro where he is giving speech at MIT and Pepper's name comes up. In Homecoming Pepper is back and Tony is about to propose? What gives?
