[serious] Why is there a preference that dc films emulate the marvel cinematic format?

Just out of curiosity, why are the marvel films so loved on this subreddit when they lack originality, don't display any film motifs, and feel very basic in terms of story telling? Is it the excessive humor and the fact that they don't take themselves seriously that fans prefer their style of the DC films. And do people know that marvel actually ripped off DC's ideas in terms of comics and characters? Lastly why doesn't anyone point this out, what would happen if someone decided to completely ripoff Star Wars? And I'm sure I'm gonna get downvoted explaining that Marvel hasn't ripped off DC's ideas but it seems to me after doing research that Marvel has almost plagiarized so much of DC and due to their struggling studios back in the 90s kept rebooting their comic issues to the first issue in order to keep selling comics since the first issues always sell the most, like Spider-Man issue #1 is gonna sell way more than Superman issue #74. Here is just a list of characters marvel has copied;

Superman rip-offs. Sentry: One of the most shameless rip offs. The character is stupid is so many levels. I don't know why Marvel decided to copy the silver age supes in the modem age, who is already a cheesy character, and turn sentry into an even more moronic version of superman. Even the 'S' logo. Gladiator - A rip off of Golden age superman complete with heat vision, but lame. Hyperion - Another silver age superman rip off, complete with alternate reality versions

Batman rip-offs:

Iron-man: Billionaire, check. Genius, check. Playboy, check. Uses technology and lot gadgets in a suit, check. A loyal butler named Jarvis (!!), check. A side kick who is a lighter version of him, check. A love-hate relationship with the paragon of his universe, check. Heck, even his suit is modeled after a DC villain named Metallo, who has a metallic exo-skeleton, with a power source in his chest (!). Adding fuel, Iron man was basically metallo clone until, Batman designed a suit specifically to fight Supes in TDKR. And then IM came up is a flurry of 'buster' suits to fight with bad guys. Daredevil - Mark Waid calls him as 'Red Batman'. While the character isn't a rip off, but the overall setting i.e., the crime underworld noir, of Daredevil story lines are similar to Batman's. Night Thrasher & Moon Knight are Marvel's obvious attempts to create their own Batman. Others.

Quicksilver isn't entirely based on The Flash. He does have a lot of similarities with the golden age flash, Jay Garrick. While being a speedster isn't entirely an original idea, Marvel came up with a Speed Force rip off called Terrigen Mist. Dr Doom is said to be inspired from Lex Luthor. The similarities were so obvious, a character named Mister Menace is created as an amalgam of both characters. Hawk eye is a rip off of Green Arrow. Not because they are archers, the entirety of using the various trick arrows makes him rip off. A lot of trick arrows are originally GA's. Heck Marvel even ripped off GA's relationship with Black Canary by creating a Mockingbird. Wolverine is copied from Timberwolf. Quasar and Nova corps are lifted from the Green Lantern mythos. X men is ripped of from Doom Patrol and Legion of Superheros, Doom Patrol is inspired from Fantastic Four, which is inspired from Challengers of the Unknown (DC), which is inspired from the Justice Society of America. And JSA based Justice League of America came, which marvel created a rip off called Avengers and Squadron Supreme. The most obvious one, Thanos who is ripped off from Darkseid. Apocalypse too looks a lot similar to Darkseid. The Watchers are rip offs of Gaurdians of the Universe. Ant man is a rip off of Atom. Mr. Fantastic is a rip off of Plastic man/Elongated Man. However, both are predated by Thin Man. Dr. Strange is a rip off of Dr. Fate. Deathstroke (Slade Wilson) and Deadpool (Wade Wilson). Bullseye and Deadshot. Ultron is ripped off from Brianiac. Marvel split Black Canary into two by creating Black Widow and Black Bolt. Magneto is ripped off from Dr Polaris. Angel and Falcon are ripped off from Hawkman. Thunderbolts are ripped off from Suicide Squad. Miles Morales (Spiderman) is ripped off from Jamie Reyes (Blue Beetle). The Mandarin is basically a moronic version of Ra's Al Ghul.

I mean the list just keeps going, can you guys explain your opinions on this?
