Hi Reddit,
I've been looking for a kids movie that I have very vague memories of growing up. Probably produced in the 80's but maybe early 90's.
All that I can really remember is that there was a kid with his family who were prepping for a flood or bad storm putting down sandbags. Next I remember that the kid is in his room and then an animated character appears at his window (a vulture maybe) and next thing you know the kid is transported into and animated world.
That's all I can really remember. Does anyone have any idea what this movie may be?
