I don't remember much as I saw this movie when I was a kid (this could have been late 90's), but I have glimpses of it in my mind.
It's a movie with a plot that revolves around two guys (brothers?) and one of them comes back from the dead at the end.
The scene I remember is Guy #1 comes back to life (maybe faked his death) and Guy #2 is informed of this when he hears the signature whistle tune of the first guy. That whistle tune is key. That scene takes places outdoors, in a cold setting - maybe there's snow on the ground. When Guy #1 whistles, there is almost an echo as it is outdoors and this catches Guy #2 off guard as he knows it is him. Guy #1 is whistling as he is walking towards Guy #2. I also remember there being an ambulance or van/truck and a pool somewhere.
As for the female cast - the faces of Denise Richards, Carmen Electra and Amanda Peet all come to mind. Maybe there was a scene with one of them involving in a swimming pool.
Very vague memories. I know I didn't give you much to go on, but that whistle scene should be a good lead.
