This movie is at least 20 years old, I saw it in the 90s. I only remember that there's a boy and he goes into a house. There's also an old man, I think he's the one who lives in that house. Inside the house is also a magical painting, but I don't remember what the painting exactly did. I think the boy walked into the paint, or colors/paint came out of the painting.
