Help Finding Film

I was scrolling through Facebook and came across this film clip of this little kid who came up to his dad feeding his daughter ice cream and asks the son if he wants some but the the kid says he has his own money and then his dad is like how did he get the money and he says he found it. Goes to buy his ice cream and his little sister says he has new kicks and jeans on. From that moment his dad knew he was selling drugs because of his friends and new attire. He then decides to get his belt out and beat his son because of this his friend comes to help him "leave him alone" and then the father grabs his friend and beats him. I can't find the film name and just remember this snippet of it if anyone can help me find this film that will be appreciated greatly
