Did the racial aspect of Suburbicon get blown out of proportion or did they intentionally leave it out of the trailer?

Prior to seeing a trailer today in front of It I had only heard of this movie because I saw a headline about it in reference to the racial component of the movie. I don't know if the trailer I saw is the one they have been using the entire time but I don't think there was a single black person in it.

While a couple of the lines they included could clearly be recognized as coming from scenes involving the black family if you know they were in the movie there was definitely no overt allusions to it.
