After watching **Baby Driver** I was reminded of a missing aspect of most films today: Joy of Filmmaking. It was obvious that Edgar Wright loves movies and he found a way to show it in this film. What movies have you seen that demonstrate that Joy of Filmmaking?

I ask this question because it is such a nebulous quality. Like the US Supreme Court said about pornography: I can’t define it but I know it when I see it. Quentin Tarantino obviously has a love of film and most of his movies demonstrate it, especially in Pulp Fiction and Kill Bill vol.1. Martin Scorsese in The Wolf of Wall street. But the most obvious example of this hard to nail down quality has to be Hugo.
