When Pennywise tells the kids in the third act that he'd spare their lives if they leave and let him have Billy, was he being truthful? Or do you think he would've went after the kids afterwards anyways had they left Billy with him?

What's the name of the song Billy/Georgie's mother is playing on the piano in the opening scene? I believe it's also played during the credits too. In the book they said it was that one Beethoven piece (Fluer something?), but if I remember correctly the film used a different piece for that scene.
