The United States Superior Court System--How does it Work?

I was snuggled in my warm, cozy bed at about 6:30 a.m. when all of a sudden, there was a loud, Earth shattering BANG at my front door that woke me out of a sound sleep. I heard the person on the other side of the door yell, "Open up, this is the police.". 

I will tell you what happened to me when I got tangled up in the criminal justice system and how it changed my life forever as I will explain to you what exactly the United States Superior Court system is and how it had a serious impact on my life. 

I will go through, what are to those of us that have been through the system, very basic terms and what they mean. As you read through this book, I want you to keep in mind that not everyone who accidentally gets wrapped up in the whirlwind is as lucky as I was, so it is CRUCIAL you know your rights in the event you EVER find yourself in the position I was in just a few years ago.

My advice is this: NEVER trust a public defender and if ANYTHING is done in your situation that seems questionable, research it to make sure the "system" adheres to the law as not only is it illegal for an individual to break the law, it is also illegal for the system to break the law as well.
