Who are the biggest, most passionate fans you know (or know about)>

I'm trying to get a gauge on where the internet and audience are at this point in the era of fractured audiences and geek service. And, I'm thinking of starting a podcast focusing on the topic, talking to the biggest fans and experts on their favorite topics.

So, who do you know or follow online that you think qualifies as a super-fan, someone representative of a particular fandom? Could really be for anything — monster movies, foreign film, comedies, etc. I have lots of names and ideas already, but figured the tight community here might produce some great ideas, too.
