There are lot of memorable scenes in POTC, but the one where Jack manipulates everyone to vote for pirate king in 'At World's End' is just brilliant acting

Another thing about that is the dialogues between Barbossa and Jack. They kept fighting over whether they should go to war or not , yet the humor is not lost.
one of the trademark of POTC movies is that there is always humor to fighting scenes.
Again Johnny Depp's portyal of Jack Sparrow is legendary and is quite evident in this scene.
Another would be the scene from Curse of Black Pearl where Jack smartly steals one gold coin in front of Barbossa.
