positivechange

I realize that I can motivate myself to do alot, but in a way that's very toxic. I had parents that were unreasonably hard on me and abusive, I was also bullied alot growing up and had social anxiety. My motivation comes from feeling not good enough, but whenever i reach a goal, that feeling doesn't go away at all. I just find a new goal.

It sucks, honestly. What's a way where I can motivate myself to do the things that I want to do without it being fueled by feeling inadequate?
