So having just watched kong: skull island, I can't understand how it's at 70+ on rotten tomatoes.
Shallow characters with poor acting aside from Samuel L Jacksow. Giant plot holes. Random machinery/guns coming from nowhere. Scenes that defy physics (the helicopters). No take away or morals to learn from.
I don't get it, what the hell did I just watch? And more importantly, what was the point!?
