Just witnessed a real-life occurrence of 'star power' in full effect

My wife, who has never shown any interest in any kind of science fiction films, is a casual movie fan at best and often can't tell the difference between Robert DeNiro and Al Pacino (no, really...) just burst into my study and announced,

'I need to watch The Blade Runner tonight.'

'It's just called Blade Runner, there's no...'

'Whatever. Do we have it? Because I just saw the trailer for Blade Runner Two-Thousand-Forty-Something. That's the sequel, right?'

'Yes...'

'So I need to see the original first.'

'But, wait-- you want to watch the new Blade Runner??'

'Yuh. It stars Ryan Gosling.'

Door closes.
