"Joe Dirt" has an 11% score on RT. This proves that reviews for comedies are pretty much inconsequential.

Sure, there are legitimately well made comedies with great reviews. However, I feel like Joe Dirt is the prime example of a poorly reviewed comedy that is nearly universally loved.

And this goes for other stupid comedies as well. They aren't trying to be great pieces of art. Either you laugh, or you don't. Joe Dirt is one of my favorite comedies of all time, and even I know it's stupid as hell. Any other comedies that fit into this category?
