Has anyone received a moviepass card yet?

It was supposed to be delivered between the 6th and the 10th. No theaters around me are listed as reserved seating or eticketing (even though they are) and my account lists the card under "moviepass card" but I haven't activated it, so i dont know where that came from. It's ridiculous that I've now had a service for 2 months thats unusable when it should be. No customer service number to be found. Anyone receive it yet?
