Just curious. I signed up a few weeks back when it was first posted all over this sub and a few others. Originally I was supposed to get a card within 5-7 days, then I got an email saying something about a delay but it specified that the people who signed up when I did would get it earlier. I have yet to receive a card.
And the app is basically useless - worse even, it's confusing. When I first open the app al the theaters in my area pop up and when I click on MoviePass Cards from the menu there's a card listed there with all but the last four numbers greyed out and an expiration date for sometime in 2021. Then when I click on a showtime to "check in" a message pops up that says "You do not have a valid movie pass card." Then when I try to "order card," after I put my address in it gives me an error.
I've tried to contact support a few times but get no response. Just wondering if anyone has had a positive experience.
